I love my bag, and this is now my favorite bag. It was definitely what I was hoping for.
This bag is much more solid than pictured and is wonderful quality! It looks and feels like it costs much more than it did. The zippers are smooth and easy.The bottoms is flat so it stands on it's own. I could put enough things there whenever I go out since it has ample room for my cellphone, wallet and some papers. A lot of places you could put your things which is something important for me. I've gotten so many compliments. I am glad and happy purchasing this bag! I love it!
What really won me over is the vintage-style hardware. Unlike the previous black-plated hardware that would chip if bumped, this one is completely worry-free!
The material is a combination of black monogram canvas and leather—no need to say more about its durability.
You don't need to put much thought into matching it because it goes well with everything.
The actual item is still very beautiful.
It's quite spacious, can fit a lot of stuff, and there's even a small pouch for keeping my phone separately, which is pretty convenient to carry around.
I finally received it, and it didn't disappoint! The customer service addressed my concerns promptly, and I'm very satisfied.
